About us

Little Moon Oyster Ranch got its start in 2022 with the vision of supplying clean and fresh farmed oysters from the waters surrounding Grand Isle, Louisiana. We grow our oysters from seed using modern aquaculture practices, utilizing baskets that float on top of the water as opposed to sitting on the bottom. Each oyster harvested is carefully graded and selected by hand, ensuring the oyster that makes it to your plate is the best quality and an expression of the healthy ecosystem we grow in.
